Job Overview
Cygnus Elite Trucking is seeking professional Company Drivers and Owner-Operators for a long-term, dedicated hauling contract. This position is designed for drivers who value a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and the ability to be home every single night doing strap and go loads. You will be moving essential building and construction materials on local routes.
Compensation & Logistics
For Company Drivers:

Weekly Pay: $1,000 (Guaranteed Salary).

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Home Time: Home Daily – No OTR or sleeper berths required.

Work-Life Balance: Weekends off to spend time with family.
For Owner-Operators:

Revenue Split: 70% of gross load to the Owner-Operator / 30% to Cygnus Elite.

Stability: Consistent, daily freight from a stable industry leader.

Support: Dedicated dispatch and back-office administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A vehicle and flatbed trailer on local dedicated routes.
- Secure heavy building materials (strapping and securement) according to FMCSA safety standards.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and professional communication with dispatch.
Qualifications

License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A experience (Flatbed experience highly preferred).

Safety: Clean MVR and a strong commitment to DOT safety regulations.

Equipment (O/O): Must own or lease a reliable 48’ or 53’ flatbed trailer.

Reliability: Punctuality is essential for our 7:00 AM daily start times.
